About Us
“Our mission is to demonstrate God’s love for his people through a continuum of life enhancing supportive services for older adults and their families.”
In a peaceful setting overlooking Budd and Sisseton Lakes, Lakeview Health Services is nestled on the western edge of Fairmont, Minnesota. Beginning in 1964 as a nursing facility for the aged, Lakeview has since grown to offer senior housing, assisted living, memory care and adult day services all on one campus. We pride ourselves in providing compassionate, quality care in a Christian environment.
The Lakeview Campus consists of:
- Lakeview Methodist Care Center, a 24-hour nursing care facility
- Maplewood Residence, which provides independent living for seniors
- Woodland Manor, with assisted living apartments
- Rainbow Care Unit, a safe environment for persons in the middle and later stages of memory loss, dementia or Alzheimer's
- Caring Partners, which provides adult day services Monday through Friday
